Caesarea consists of 11 "Clusters" or neighborhoods. Each cluster has its own attributes and atmosphere.

The clusters from South to North are: 11,13,9,8,2,3,4,5,6,7 and 10. There are currently plans to construct cluster 1 opposite cluster 2.

The influence of the Rothschild organization is felt in every part of Caesarea. From the world class landscaping to the emphasis on "green space" and infrastructure.

The following is a brief overview of what characterizes each cluster:

Clusters 13,11 and 9 These three clusters bracket Israel's largest golf course.

Cluster 13 is made up of either 1 Dunam plots or 600 sqm plots. All the homes in this cluster are single family villas.

Cluster 11 is made up of a mixture of Single family villas and Semi-Attached homes. It is a Cluster that is made up of many younger families. What characterizes this cluster is its varied architectural styles and the sound of children playing.

Cluster 9 is one of the unique clusters. It is zoned in such a way that all the homes are built on a minimum of 1 Dunam. Semi-attached homes are not allowed. It has frontage directly on the golf course as well as frontage with sea exposure.

Cluster 2 was the first cluster built in Caesarea. The average plot is 1.5 Dunams. It is considered by most as one of the most distinguished clusters. This is understandable considering that it sits astride the Aqueduct Beach, is spacious and spread out, is within a stones throw to the Commercial area, synagogue, spa and sports club. Traditionally, clusters 2 & 9 have maintained their values even during trying economic periods.

Cluster 8 is the second oldest cluster. It consists of mostly single family villas. Over the past couple of years cluster 8 has been undergoing what would be best described as a "make-over". Clients and home owners are remodeling, rebuilding and gentrifying this wonderfully situated cluster. Like cluster 2, it is within striking distance of the heart of Caesarea.

Cluster 3 is unique. Situated between the Commercial area and the sand dunes it has the most diverse feel of all the clusters. From small 100 meter cottages to private million dollar estates this cluster has something for everyone. The Villas in Cluster 3 are located a mere 1800 feet from the Beach Front.

Clusters 4,5 and 6 These clusters lie parallel to the Coastline. Solely made up of single family villas, bracketed to the west by the Mediterranean these clusters are phenomenally situated. In 4,5 and 6 you have villas on the sand dunes, bracketing parks and green zones and villas that due to elevation have panoramic views of the dunes, aqueduct and sea. In these three clusters the percentage of protected \"green zones\" to build area is the greatest of all the clusters!

Cluster 7 Sitting astride a ridge that runs North-South, cluster 7 has villas with some of the most outstanding sea views. In addition, on its Eastern flank it has a nice mixture of quality semi-attached homes and large villas.

Cluster 10 Cluster 10 is the most Northern cluster in Caesarea. Situated on both sides of Rothschild Street and to the North of clusters 7 and 6 respectively, this cluster has both homes with striking sea views, beautiful beachfront properties and semi-attached homes.
